Each high jewellery creation is unique and symbolizes an emotion, an occasion or a memory to the person. Kahn offers a personalized engraving service to enable you to personalize a name, date, symbol etc on the piece.
The engraving of your choice is undertaken with respect to the technical and anesthetic specifications of the piece.
This is a complimentary service up to six months after purchase.
Cleaning service
Your Kahn jewel is precious and delicate: we recommend to take care of it and to handle it carefully in order to preserve its original beauty over time. We offer life time complimentary cleaning service to Kahn jewel including ultrasonic cleaning / steaming / polishing and rhodium plating. Our specialist will advise according to the condition of the pieces.
Re-work & Customization
YOU are welcome to bring your heirloom pieces for a free redesign appointment in a relaxed atmosphere. We can reuse the materials, reset a gemstone or use the essence of the original pieces as inspiration for something new. Our designer will work with your ideas and sketches to visualize the pieces before manufacturing.
YOUR dedicated designers, experts and Master Jeweller work closely with you. To elaborate original ideas that ensure your design is truly unique. The final design is then placed in the hands of our highly skilled master craftsmen.
Measure to fit
A careful adjustment to your creation ensures that it fits perfectly and with the greatest of comfort. Kahn applies their technical expertise to finely adjust your chosen piece of jewelry. They skillfully shape the metal of a ring, modify the length of a chain, adapt the post or clip mechanism of an earring.
This is a complimentary service up to three months after purchase.
